Thunderbirds are go for 2010

The USAF ‘Thunderbirds’ team has announced its 2010 airshow schedule.

December 9: The US Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the ‘Thunderbirds’, has announced its 2010 airshow schedule.

The team's 57th show season will take them to more than 65 shows in 27 states and Canada, but no overseas dates are planned.

Lt Colonel Case Cunningham will lead the team in the number 1 position, and other pilots beginning their first season are Thunderbird 3, Captain Chad Shenk and Thunderbird 6, Captain Aaron Jelinek. Returning for another year with the team are Thunderbird 2, Major John Baum; Thunderbird 4, Major Sean Gustafson and Thunderbird 5, Major Rick Goodman. The team is based at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.
