First Lineage 1000 in Europe

Hangar8 plc has taken delivery of the first Embraer Lineage 1000 in Europe.

November 26: London Oxford Airport-based Hangar8 plc has taken delivery of the first Embraer Lineage 1000 in Europe.

The UK’s longest-cabin private jet available for charter, the $52million (€39 million) Lineage 1000 is 118ft (36m) long, can carry up to 19 passengers and is configured in an executive layout with five separate cabin zones, including a large lounge area featuring a fully integrated entertainment system, 52in screen, a separate master bedroom suite with a full-sized double bed and private shower facilities.

The aircraft has a range of 8,149km enabling it to fly nonstop from the UK to the Middle East, Dubai to Johannesburg, New York to Moscow, or from Singapore to Sydney.

Dustin Dryden, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hangar8 said “We are thrilled that Hangar8 has been appointed as the European launch operator of the Lineage 1000. With just one fuel stop, we can now fly our customers almost anywhere in the world.”
