Welcome to the Munich Airport “Franz Josef Strauß”!

Bavarian and local but also one of the big players in European aviation!
On the occasion of the Scenery Release for X-Plane 11 we invite all fellow pilots to explore our MUC!

Regardless whether you are a newbie, or an experienced captain come and join this event to get fundamental information or
discover fine details with us.

From 1700-2100z they will staff all stations. So, we are ready to answer your questions:
-Where do I park my A320, when flying for Lufthansa?
-Can I come with my tiny C172 to such a big airport and if, where do I find a proper stand?
-What is the trick with these “Entries” ?

In their team you will find real world staff from EDDM and PPL pilots! Hourly you can also take part in one of our Taxi Tours
(1700z in German, 1800z English and so on) to explore the airport and the backstage secrets. Its like one of these bus tours and a
colleague will entertain you on the frequency. Just park your plane at the Apron 3 and contact your local controller on Frequency 121.920.

IFR and VFR Pattern - Arrivals and departures everyone is welcome!
