November 3: London’s Croydon Airport of the 1930s is to be reborn in a new airline simulation game to be launched by AirlineSim on November 9.

Croydon was the first commercial airport for London and the first to introduce air traffic control. It served as London's primary airport until it was replaced by today's well-known airports at Gatwick and Heathrow (plus others later) in 1959.

The game will allow players to browse authentic flight schedules, fleet lists and departure boards, purchase aircraft, schedule flights, keep an eye on competitors and allow transfers between flights and those of partners in real time. Also, alliances can be formed with other players. For more go to www.airlinesim.aero
