Fifth F-35 flies
The fifth Lockheed Martin F-35 has flown.

February 2: BF-03, the third Lockheed Martin F-35B Lightning II short take-off and vertical landing (STOVL) aircraft and the fifth F-35 to fly took to the air at the company’s Fort Worth facility for its first flight.
BF-03 will be used to evaluate vehicle systems and expand the aircraft's aerodynamic and structural-loads envelope. It will join the other test aircraft at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland where it will carry and release most of the weapons designated for the F-35B.
