March 3: The first Lockheed Martin CC-130J ‘Super Hercules’ for the Canadian Armed Forces made its first flight. It is the first of 17 on order with the Canadian government, deliveries beginning this summer 2010 through to 2012.

so canada didnt want to wait for the over priced and very late A400 then
they have their added lift capacity whilst the british are still waiting for the bus thats an A400 bus
come on uk get real and get some more herc's
