AgustaWestland has announced a brace of new orders.

March 5: AgustaWestland announced that Sharp Ocean has signed a contract for two ‘Grand New’ light twin and one AW119Ke single engine helicopters. The aircraft will be delivered to private customers in India and used to perform VIP transport missions.

The company also announced the sale of an AW139 medium twin helicopter to Jindal Steel & Power Ltd (JSPL) of India for corporate transport purposes in the Delhi and Chhattisgarh areas.
