Boeing has successfully completed the first flight of the F-15QA (Qatar Advanced) – the most advanced variant of the Eagle family to be manufactured so far.
The company organising the event states Flywheel is "two jam-packed days of action celebrating all things wings, wheels and motion...Flywheel will see a host of classic motoring marques join the displays along the tree-lined avenues of the historic site. Fans of vintage flight can expect an equally spectacular showcase, with a broad range of historic aircraft set to grace the site’s grass airfield – winding back the years and commemorating the site’s heritage as an RAF Blenheim Bomber training station."
The organisers' say: "With up to 130 classic aircraft and over 150 classic cars on show, plus a few traders and some great food this is a great day out for the family and enthusiast alike."
The airshow website says: "The RAF Cosford Air Show will include an action-packed flying display, including powerful demonstrations of modern military aircraft from the Royal Air Force and international military partners. There will be captivating appearances from iconic aircraft and adrenaline pumping aerobatic displays. On the ground, there will be a huge assortment on static display for you to view up close, including some which you will be able to sit inside."
The organiser's describe this event as: "Southern Africa’s premier event for the General Aviation industry that covers the full spectrum of services and products for the sector, is the platform to showcase the best that the General Aviation sector has to offer."
The event website states: "F-AIR Colombia has become one of the most important events in the civil aviation and defense industry, in addition to being a fundamental engine in the reactivation of the aerospace sector by offering activities such as: academic agenda, trade show, business conferences, aircraft exhibition, networking and air shows."
