A350s at Toulouse

Seven Airbus A350-941s parked at Toulouse recently awaiting completion. The aircraft were F-WZGR (msn 246, to become B-LGF), F-WWAW (msn 251, to become B-LGG), F-WZNC (msn 260, to become B-LGI), F-WZFY (msn 283, to become B-LGK), F-WZFR (msn 299, to become B-LGL), F-WZFW (msn 320, to become B-LGM) and F-WZFN (msn 331, to become F-HYTA). All the aircraft are destined for Hong Kong Airlines, except Air France’s first aircraft.

Substitute 737

The Boeing 737 MAX 8’s continued grounding means operators continue to lease-in substitute equipment. One such aircraft, leased in by TUI Airways, is this AlbaStar 737-81Q EC-NAB (c/n 29051) pictured at Manchester recently.

Sécurité Civile Q400

Dash 8 Q400-MR (Multi Role) C-GFKW (c/n 4597), to become F-ZBMI, is the second of six new Q400-MRs for the French Départment de la Direction de la Sécurité Civile. This aircraft, in the operator’s new livery, was pictured at Toronto Downsview Airport. It will be handed over to MRO specialist Conair for conversion to multimission configuration to undertake fire-fighting, full cargo and combi passenger/cargo work.
