Microsoft Flight Simulator (MFS) as a platform has emerged as a clear leader when it comes to rendering a virtual representation of our world thanks to the stateof-the-art data streaming technology it uses. Therefore it comes as no surprise that the most popular category of aircraft that third-party studios have chosen to develop for MFS is the bush plane variety. The likes of the Britten Norman Islander, Daher Kodiak and Pilatus Porter have all received rave reviews as go-to machines for exploring the wilderness inside of the sim.
