Airbus and Boeing navigate narrowbody deliveries

As the A320 joins the 10k deliveries club, Airbus is just ahead of Boeing in the single-aisle sector after a more than three-decade battle. During the summer, August to be precise, the European original equipment manufacturer (OEM) quietly passed a significant milestone for their A320 programme. After 33 years of deliveries, their 10,000th aircraft was handed over to its new owner, marking a momentous step for the company and the wider aviation industry during an incredibly challenging period.
