Every so often, to my great excitement, a flight sim product is released that happens to intersect with my real life profession as an air ambulance pilot. With over two decades of experience flying King Airs, I was enthusiastic about wringing out the new King Air 350 for X-Plane by Airfoil Labs. After thousands of hours in the King Air 200 and 300 I was curious: was the Airfoil Labs King Air 350, advertised as a ‘true study sim level aircraft’, ready for the scrutiny I was about to give it?
