In retrospect, I’m not sure which I found more daunting: jumping into the hot seat at Airliner World, a flagship of the Key Publishing empire and, in my humble opinion, the best commercial aviation magazine on the market, or following in the footsteps of the highly esteemed editor Tony Dixon. It was a formidable ask whichever way it was portrayed, but one I very much relished.
