At Ardmore, New Zealand, the latest airworthy Mosquito project was rolled out for the first time on 10 September. The machine, PZ474, was built at Hatfield as an FBVI, and delivered to the Royal New Zealand Air Force as NZ2384 in April 1947.

Now owned by Lewis Air Legends of San Antonio, Texas, the machine is due to be painted in an RAF Coastal Command scheme, and is scheduled to make its first flight in December.
