David Neeleman had a vision when he launched JetBlue Airways 18 years ago. He wanted to build an airline that was younger, fresher and more innovative than any of its competitors. Today, JetBlue is the airline of choice for millions of passengers seeking a low-cost and simple air travel experience. With its 20,000 employees (referred to as crewmembers) the company now serves over 38 million passengers a year offering 1,000 daily flights with 235 aircraft on a constantly growing route network.
