Boeing 777-8F vs Airbus A350F: Comparing the next-gen freighters

New twin-engine cargo airliners are on their way, as the recently launched A350F and 777-8F freighters go head-to-head for orders. Mark Broadbent reports

For more than a decade the rivalry between Airbus and Boeing in the commercial aircraft market centred largely on both firms’ re-engined short-haul airliners – respectively the A320neo (new engine option) and 737 MAX.
