Calgary is one of the busiest airports in Canada with scheduled flights to domestic and international destinations, including North and Central America, Europe and Asia. It is also a hub for Westjet and low-cost carrier Lynx Air as well as being a focus city for Air Canada.

The package for Microsoft Flight Simulator is a highly accurate rendition of the actual airport with high-resolution textures and terminal interiors for piers A, B, C, D and E. It also sports detailed models of the Twin Otter manufacturing plant, Air Canada maintenance hangars with doors that open and close based on the time of the day/weather conditions and the Stampede Fireworks Show taking place during July between 11 PM and midnight.

The surrounding area is also recreated with models of Calgary Tower, Crossiron Mills and the new Horizons Mall on approach to Runway 17L/R. The airport is optimized for high performance and includes a free Kenn Borek DC3 livery. It is available on simMarket for € 23.99.
