Dublin Out Now

MK Studios has announced Dublin Airport is now available for Prepar3D version 4.5.

The scenery is a detailed rendition of the airport with an up-to-date ground layout and parking stands.  Satellite imagery at a resolution 25cm/pixel is used for the airport area along with accurate and detailed airport infrastructure based on real dimensions and current AFCAD data.

The runways/taxiways and airport buildings are modelled with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) effects along with the terminal interior, which is simplified for maximum performance. Other highlights include realistic night lighting with directional taxiway centreline lights and approach lights with correct brightness and weather and time of day.

The surrounding area is based on 50cm/pixel satellite data along with custom mesh and more than 300 custom objects placed around the airport and 72,000 accurately placed autogen buildings.

The package comes with animated SODE jetways and windsocks and supports VGDS (Visual Guidance Docking System) for GSX users. It is also compatible with all major traffic add-ons, as well as Orbx Global/Vector.
