Michael ‘Buzz’ Moseley once famously dismissed any talk of new F-15F Strike Eagles for the US Air Force as a total nonrunner, saying that the service wanted an all-stealth fighter fleet. That was more than a decade ago, and how times have changed. The Fiscal Year 2020 USAF budget is expected to include money for its first new Eagles since 2001.
