Add a replay function to all your simulated flights
Many of the flight simulator platforms are equipped with a replay function. This is a useful facility, obviously for replaying your flights but perhaps also to identify any shortfalls or mistakes in your handling of the aircraft or simply to show your friends what flight simulation is all about. For reviewers, vloggers and developers, it’s also a visual method of showcasing the different products they have on offer.
However, most of the in-built replay functions are limited in the features they provide. In fact, at the time of writing this article, Microsoft Flight Simulator doesn’t yet include a replay function which means that the product under review here, Flight Control Replay (FCR), is a way of bridging that gap. What’s more, it offers many other advanced features, particularly when compared to the replay functions natively provided by some of the other platforms.
