Miles M3 Falcon G-AEEG arrived at Biggin Hill on 13 April for its new owners, Shipping and Airlines, following acquisition from Peter Holloway. The Falcon, one of only three survivors and the only one in the UK, had been operated for many years from Old Warden and Leicester by Holloway. He also flew it back to Sweden a couple of times, where it was based during the 1930s and ‘40s, initially as SE-AFN and then with the Swedish Air Force as Fv 7001. During the 1970s it was based at Biggin with Philip Mann in the same hangar it has now returned to.

Britain’s only Miles Falcon, G-AEEG, tucked up in the Shipping and Airlines hangar along with several other members of the fleet including Civilian Coupe G-ABNT, DH90A Dragonfly G-AEDU and DH87B Hornet Moth G-AHBL.
