Finnair implements “emergency continency plan” as crisis deepens

Finnair has warned that airspace changes caused by the crisis in Ukraine could have a “significant” impact on its business. The Helsinki-based carrier is the among the most exposed to the dramatic deterioration in relations with Moscow which has led to the European Union – of which Finland is a member – closing its airspace to Russian airlines and aircraft.
