Middle East Airlines


Middle East Airlines (MEA) has signed a firm order for four Airbus A321XLRs, making it the launch customer of the new variant. The deal, announced at the Paris Air Show sees the Lebanese flag carrier’s cumulative singleaisle orders with Airbus rise to 15 A320 Family examples, including 11 A321neos. Deliveries are scheduled to begin next year, with MEA stating it will use the new jets to strengthen its network in Africa and Asia.
