Flight sim airports - Part 2

FlyTampa’s CYYZ Toronto Pearson Airport

In Part I of this series, we had a look at a default Asobo airport in Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) – KSEA (Seattle-Tacoma Airport) in Seattle, Washington. We mostly saw its shortcomings in comparison to third-party airports. The weaknesses included missing gates, weak lighting, lack of transparent glass, very basic jetways and simplified structures. Third-party airports are far more detailed, and we have plenty of options.

In this article, we will begin our exploration of some of the more recently available airports. Quality and features vary quite widely but we will start with one of the best: CYYZ Toronto Pearson International Airport by FlyTampa, where obsession to detail appears to be the hallmark of the designers. From KSEA to CYYZ is 1,790 nm, and oh! what a distance we travel.
