Dear PC Pilot
I wonder if you could help with a problem connecting to remote servers? I currently use FSX: Steam Edition on a Windows 10 desktop machine. I recently purchased the PMDG 737NGX, which seemed to download and install fine (I ran the setup as administrator).
However, on first opening the aircraft in FSX, I was prompted to enter the licence key to activate the aircraft. On inputting the code, everything froze and I eventually got an error message saying: “cannot connect to remote server”.
