The Kazakhstan Air Defence Force has a small fleet of 12 early production Su-25s and a pair of Su-25UBs for conversion and continuation training. All were received from Russia in the 1990s.

Armenia

Armenia introduced the Su-25 into its air arm in 1992-93 when it took delivery of eight aircraft – six single-seat Su-25s and a pair of two-seat Su-25UB jets – in the form of military aid clandestinely provided by Russia.
