“Game-changer” Class E cargo conversion on A330-300

Thanks to a Class E conversion on the Airbus A330-300, this freighter solution would see aircraft loading undertaken by a conveyor inside the cargo hold (pictured) instead of pallets or containers.

What has been described as a “complementary alternative solution” to traditional freighter conversion, the Class E widebody has been unveiled as a quicker, cost-effective answer designed to “bridge the gap” while operators wait several years for full freighter conversion slots.
