The Airbus Helicopters H160 utility machine features state-of-the-art materials to elevate it to a level of sophistication comparable to that of passenger jets and commercial airliners with advanced avionics and autopilot systems.

The package for MSFS features two variants with a detailed 3D model, several 4K liveries and a professionally modelled interior and exterior with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) effects.

Animations include rotors with blade flap and droop, working doors, windshield wipers and flight controls. Special effects such as rotor downwash effects (water, snow, dirt and sand) and engine heat blur are also modelled along with functional emergency floats with manual and automatic deployment.

The H160 sports a fully interactive cockpit with Airbus Helionix avionics, a Synthetic Vision System (SVS) and a map display with a fully functional weather radar. The Garmin GTN750 (pms50) or the TDS GTNXi (TDS) are also supported.

The package features authentic flight dynamics with vortex ring protection, automatic takeoff and engine limits and a four-axis autopilot with a state-of-the-art auto-flight control system with SAS (Stability Augmentation System), GTC (Ground Trajectory Command) and automatic hover mode.

Other highlights include a custom sound set with more than 60 sounds, including realistic turbine, rotor, cabin, alert, floats deployment and environmental sounds. It is also optimised for virtual reality and comes with realistic normal procedures and checklists.

The HPG H145 is available on the Hype Performance Group website for £42.00
