As part of health and safety protocols, the airline stopped providing its ‘buy on board’ retail service due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Now, only the food specifically ordered by the passengers will be boarded onto the plane, eliminating food waste and limiting fuel consumption resulting in a reduction in CO2 emissions.

The service is available on short and long-haul flights, with fresher food needing to be ordered a few hours prior to take-off.
