Inside the famous Top Gear Boeing 747

Some say it can down 26,000 pints in one hour and that it’s four times heavier than the average house. All we know is it’s not The Stig, but it’s The Stig’s jumbo jet cousin. Watch this amazing video featuring the elusive Top Gear 747

Looming in the background of the BBC’s motoring show Top Gear, a Boeing 747 can usually be seen for a split second as drivers race cars around the famous track. Its days of consuming more than 100,000 litres of jet fuel per hour are certainly over, but for many aviation fans, the sight of the aircraft is intriguing.
