Waking up in the city that never sleeps, I make my way a couple of blocks north to have a morning coffee with Bjørn Tore Larsen, chief executive of Norse Atlantic Airways. Despite the pressures of the previous few weeks, I find him in good spirits and enjoying the warmth of the midsummer Manhattan sunshine.
