JetBlue to add more UK flights

There are positive developments from JetBlue Airways regarding its transatlantic operations as more flights to the United Kingdom are planned from later this year…

The US-based carrier plans to add a third daily rotation on the highly popular New York to London route.

As a result, Gatwick Airport is to receive the new link, which means the West Sussex gateway will have a pair of daily JetBlue connections to New York/JFK from October 29 of this year.

These are to comprise Flights B6 43/44 – which departs the Big Apple at 1947hrs, arriving into the UK at 0816hrs the next morning, followed by a noon take-off from Gatwick, landing back in JFK at 1504hrs – and Flights B6 3/4 – leaving New York later at 2159hrs, landing into Gatwick the next day at 1022hrs, before returning at 1400hrs, getting back to the US at 1705hrs.
