ROBERT ‘HAMMY’ GRAY

Robert ‘Hammy’ Gray was born in British Columbia and enlisted with the Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve as an ordinary seaman in August 1940. He began training as a pilot in December and joined his first squadron in March 1942.
