The Isle of Man – located in the Irish Sea between England and Northern Ireland – is set to be linked by Loganair to London’s City and Heathrow Airports from this April and May, respectively.
Marking a “major step forward” in the post-pandemic air connectivity for the Isle of Man, London/City is poised to come online from April 19, initially as a daily rotation (but not Saturdays), as Flights LM 677/678. Then, from May 3, an additional sortie – LM 671/672 – is scheduled to bolster frequencies. Thanks to the move, two flights each weekday would be offered to the UK capital’s Docklands airport from this date.
Meanwhile, on the same day – May 3 – the UK’s largest regional carrier is earmarked to connect the Isle of Man’s Ronaldsway gateway with London/Heathrow (Terminal 2) on a daily service as LM 675/676. According to the airline, this rotation is aimed to provide customers with a plethora of worldwide connections via the UK’s busiest hub thanks to “Loganair’s major partner airlines”. For instance, customers would be able to travel on a single ticket to/from the Isle of Man to more than 100 destinations via Heathrow.
