Microsoft Flight Simulator

Harking back to the days of Microsoft Flight, the new simulator will include the exciting Icon A5 amphibious aircraft.

Following the release of the trailer for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator, PC Pilot was invited to the global launch for the product in Seattle. So, we sent Thomas Haynes along to the event to find out more.

We’ve all probably seen the trailer, the one minute and 45 seconds of jaw-dropping footage spliced together into a cinematic sequence that stunned the entire industry. The video was still fresh in my mind as I boarded my flight to Seattle. It did however present a great number of questions, some of which I hoped would be answered at the event.
