Fly Over Pearl Harbour in a P-51D Mustang with the Erickson Aircraft Collection
The Erickson Aircraft Collection, which has its headquarters in Oregon, is to begin offering customer experience flights over Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, in its North American P-51D Mustang.

The two tours – you can choose from 15 mins or 30 mins – operate from the Hawaiian island of Oahu. As well as Pearl Harbor the Mustang will fly over Wheeler Army Airfield, the location of the former Haleiwa fighter strip, Bellows airfield, the Marine air base in Kaneohe Bay and the Opana radar site at Turtle Bay where American operators first spotted the approaching squadrons of Japanese fighters and bombers on the ‘day of infamy’, December 7, 1941. Those flying in the P-51’s back seat will see Pearl Harbor, the USS Missouri and the Arizona Memorial from the air.
Flights begin on March 15. For more information see: www.wingsoverpearl.com
