Diamond Aircraft findustries GmbH at Wiener Neustadt, Austria has handed over four DA40NGs (New Generation) to the Österreichische Luftstreitkräfte (Austrian Air Force). Two DA40 NGs, 3H-DA and 3H-DB were handed over to the Flieger und Fliegerabwehrtruppenschule (aviator and anti-aircraft missile school) at Zeltweg Air Base on May 3, 2018 and the remaining two, 3H-DC and 3H-DD on September 18. The new training aircraft will be used by the Österreichische Luftstreitkräfte for the selection of military pilots and instrument light training. Bernd Kienle
