Scenery developers, BMWorld and AmSim have announced KPHX Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is Arizona's busiest airport and among the largest commercial destinations in the US as well as serving as a hub for American and Southwest Airlines. The military enclave, known as the Goldwater Air National Guard Base, is home to the 161st Air Refueling Wing of the Arizona Air National Guard, flying KC-135R Stratotankers supporting air refuelling and air mobility missions in the US and worldwide.
The package for Microsoft Flight Simulator is an accurate rendition of the actual airport with detailed buildings and interior modelling for the terminal. The surrounding area is also modelled with details such as custom buildings, car parks and an animated model of the PHX Sky Train.
Other highlights include high-resolution ground textures with custom ground markings and details such as dirt and cracks on the pavement. It also includes operational jetways with airline codes assigned to each parking location.
Phoenix Sky Harbor is available on OrbxDirect for AUD$34.99 (approx £19.21).
