Prepar3D Touches Down in Mallorca

Scenery developer, MK-Studios has released Palma De Mallorca for Prepar3D version 4 and 5.

One of the most popular summer destinations in Europe, Palma de Mallorca (LEPA) is a major hub for low-cost carriers such as Ryanair, Jet2, Vueling or TUI.

The package from MK-Studios is compatible with both Prepar3D V4 and V5 and represents the airport in its current state with an up-to-date ground layout and parking stands. Other highlights include accurate and detailed airport infrastructure based on real-world sizes and dimensions alon with PBR effects for the taxiways, runways and airport buildings.

Animations consist of optimised dynamic lightning, SODE jetways, windsocks and a VDGS (Visual Docking Guidance System). It sports realistic night lighting throughout with directional taxiway centreline lights, approach lights with correct brightness based on weather, time of day and visibility conditions.

The island of Mallorca is modelled with photoreal coverage along with high-resolution 5m resolution mesh and more than 500,000 accurately placed autogen buildings and vegetation.
