‘Richthofen’ 60th Anniversary Eurofighter

To mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Taktisches Luftwaffengeschwader 71 ‘Richthofen’, formerly known as Jagdgeschwader 71, a Eurofighter, 30+25, was given this special scheme at Wittmund. It took a two-man crew 13 days to print, cut and apply the 275 decals for the aircraft’s first flight in the scheme on June 29. After 160 flight hours the decals will be removed.
