Skunkcraft's P-51D Mustang

This article was initially intended to be a round-up of the current simulations for the iconic North American P-51D Mustang currently available on the market. Then I came across SkunkCrafts’ rendition of the ‘Cadillac of the skies’ for X-Plane 11.

I found that the more I flew this particular model, the more I discovered how much work had been invested in this simulation. It impressed me to such an extent that I decided to postpone our scheduled Mustang simulation round-up for a future issue, so I could find out a little more about the work that had gone into producing this little ‘gem’. So I invited SkunkCrafts to take part in an interview to shed some light on the process that was involved in its production.
