SLH Sim Designs’ TXKF – L F Wade International review

Welcome to the Bermuda Triangle

Holiday destinations are on everyone’s mind during the winter months. My family tends to look towards Mexico, a straight flight south but if you live on the eastern seaboard of the US, Bermuda is a tempting destination. The British protectorate is renowned for its beauty, pristine reefs and great fishing. The expansion of the airport in recent times has also made Bermuda more accessible, with facilities large enough to accommodate the Airbus A380.

L F Wade International Airport (TXKF) is not a large airport as they go, coming in at only a fraction of the size of major hubs such as Toronto, JFK or Heathrow. However, its setting is unusual and Sim Designs has done a nice job in recreating the actual airport. Whether you captain an A320 or a twin-engine Cessna, it’s a great base from which to tour this scenic area. So, let’s take a closer look at this airport from SLH Sim Design and see how it measures up using the following categories: imaging, enhancements and realism.
