Following the success of its 2021 detachment to Leeds East Airport (formerly known as Church Fenton, and also this year’s venue for the Flying Legends Airshow), Spitfires.com has announced that it will be returning on a semi-permanent basis during the 2023 flying season
In a statement it said that customers flying in its two-seat Spitfires will be able to “take in the sights of the Yorkshire countryside and marvel at the Spitfire’s famed grace and manoeuvrability. Explore her characteristics and effortless capability as much or as little as you’d like while in the care of our experienced pilots.”
