Since privatisation three years ago, the Portuguese national carrier has Transformed itself beyond recognition. Matteo Legnani travelled to Lisbon and Brazil to find out more.

There was reason to celebrate for the TAP Air Portugal team at their second annual TAP Awards, held in Lisbon in late spring. The event not only recognised the airline’s most successful agents and clients, but it also marked an opportunity to reflect on one of the most successful years in the company’s history.
