TAP Air Portugal’s first Airbus A321LR. Airbus

TAP Air Portugal has taken delivery of its first of 12 Airbus A321LRs, making it the launch customer for the new type in Europe. The example, CS-TXA (c/n 8593) was ferried from the manufacturer’s Hamburg facility to the airline’s base at Lisbon/Portela Airport on April 5. In doing so, the company becomes the first in the world to operate both the A321LR and A330neo within a single fleet.
