The Scorpion has a nose bay plus forward, mid and aft fuselage bays usable for a variety of sensors, including L-3 WESCAM MX-15 and MX-25 turrets.

The Textron Aviation Defense Scorpion aims to carve itself a share of the military aviation market based on its multi-role capability, modest purchase price and low operating costs. It’s a formula the manufacturer believes will win sales, justifying the expense and risk of building the aircraft without any sales lined up.
