Well-educated, talented and motivated young people are the lifeblood of the aviation industry. Tony Mallett visits a college that is preparing the next generation of airport and airline staff in partnership with Leeds Bradford Airport.

Craven College Aviation Academy operates from a large converted hangar on the opposite side of Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA) from the terminal. Excellent views of the action on the apron and runway give students a palpable insight into the full gamut of aviation and the prospect of a career that may last a lifetime.
