Typhoon Rising

The RAF’s Typhoon Force has been heavily involved in operational taskings at home and abroad in recent times. It has also been a period of growth for the force in terms of size and capabilities. In an exclusive interview, editor Dino Carrara speaks to Typhoon Force Commander Air Commodore Mark Chappell about the latest developments.

Air Commodore Mark Chappell took up the role as Typhoon Force Commander in March 2018 and his time in post has coincided with probably the period of biggest change for the aircraft and its assigned personnel.
