AT THE REQUEST of President Donald Trump the US Department of Defense has submitted an updated unfunded priorities list. The $30.6-billion wish list included $12 billion for the US Navy, $8.2 billion for the Army, $6.2 billion for the Air Force, and $4.2 billion for the Marines.
