-try the air cadets website, may tell you on there, im not sure if they use it, never heard of it being used for gliding

-did a quick google search and got the website up, cant see any mention of ATC gliding on there

There is no full time gliding presence at Old Sarum,the ATC school moved either to upavon or hullavington,and the Dorset Gliding Club moved to Eyres Field near Bovington some years ago.

-thanks baz, i know upavon has ATC gliding now, a friend did his gliding scholarship there not too long ago, also saw the gliders when i was down at netheravon a few months back

-Sorry guys...couldnt resist posting pic of Old Sarum taken from my Libelle 201b in 1989,it was a great place to fly from...although the thermals were better north of the M4 :D

Does any gliding (specifically ATC) take place from Old Sarum Airfield?
